Every convo is a little different, because every person and situation is different. Sometimes people come with something specific they want to talk through. Other times they just know they need space to think out loud.
During our conversation, we slow things down, explore what’s on your mind, and look at things from a few different angles. My role isn’t to give you all the answers – it’s to ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help you reconnect with your own clarity.
What this is not
This isn’t coaching, therapy, or a place where someone is going to tell you exactly what to do.
It’s simply a real conversation – a space where you can think out loud, be honest about what you’re experiencing, and explore things with someone who will listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions.
