Hey y’all — I’m Bree.

Convos with Bree started from something simple: the belief that honest conversations can change the way we experience our lives.
Like many people, my path hasn’t been linear. I’ve moved through seasons of loss, reinvention, growth, and deep reflection. Along the way I learned that sometimes what we need most isn’t another program, another plan, or someone telling us what to do.
Sometimes what we need most is a real conversation.
A space to slow down, think out loud, explore what we’re feeling, and reconnect with our own clarity.
That’s what a Convo with Bree is.
I’m not here to hand out answers or tell you how your life should look. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see things from perspectives that bring you closer to your own truth.
Over the years I’ve explored many paths that shaped the way I approach these conversations. I’m a writer, podcaster, and lifelong student of health, movement, and personal growth. My work has included yoga instruction, movement practices, wellness study, and countless meaningful conversations with people navigating their own turning points in life.
But more than anything, what I bring to these conversations is presence, curiosity, and genuine care for the people I speak with.
Convos with Bree exists because life is complicated, being human can be messy, and none of us were meant to figure everything out alone.
If you’re here, you’re already part of the conversation.
