Mantra: “You are never too old to set new goals or to dream a new dream!”
It’s day 10 of 75 hard!
Today I am all up in my feelings and I am realizing that as my work week gets closer to a close, my creative work week gets ready to begin.
I can feel it starting to vibrate more loudly the closer I get.
That tells me that I have been consistently getting at it more than I have been slacking off and that feels incredible.
My body is responding to my habits.
My brain is craving things that advance me forward into my dreams.
My new year’s resolution was to write every day, move my body, meditate, work on breath work, learn something every day and to soak in the gratitude.
I have already been putting these into action every single day since Jan 1. 75 Hard just took it all to another level.
I started working on diaphragmatic breathing. If you don’t know what that is- YOUTUBE IT! For real, it’s a life changer. Incorporating this breathing technique into my day has deepened my understanding of internal activation and how to use every single part of my body together. My internal and external worlds are becoming a stronger team every single day.
Adding each and one of these habits into my day has kept me moving forward, achieving my goals, and staying full of gratitude which keeps me grounded in the present moment.
Whatever positive habit has been calling your name- I highly suggest finding your way to prioritizing it. Changing directions is possible at any time in your life. Small actions everyday form the habits. All you have to do is do it.
