MANTRA: “Every day is a new opportunity to do something amazing!”
I adjusted my wake up schedule for this week. I’ll be rising and shining 30 minutes earlier with the goal in mind of moving that time back another 30 soon.
My time in the morning is precious.
I slept in yesterday and it made it a lot harder on me to complete everything I wanted while also having time for my life. I didn’t like it one bit. Sleeping later made me feel worse. I now know that I need my mornings. To seal it in, I will give myself more morning.
It’s wild to see all the things that I used to beg life for – coming true.
The only thing that’s different is me.
It was always here.
There really wasn’t a secret to it.
The only thing that was missing was me.
My commitment to my goals has changed my entire world. No longer will I crumble under pressure or back-burner myself.
I make sure I have time to do what I need by giving myself time that I need.
It all feels so simple now. All the things I used to make so much harder than they had to be – all because I didn’t know another way.
For today though, we’re just talking about sleep.
Prioritizing when I go to sleep to ensure that I have enough rest to get up early is critical to my success, as is a good routine at night.
Winding down, reading and meditating before I go to sleep ensures not only that I am going to bed when I need, but it sends me into quality sleep, so that when I wake up I am truly recharged.
Getting rid of mindless scrolling has given me a substantial amount of time back to give to what matters.
I’m giving myself more time to do the amazing.
